About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Email Scheduler Specialist to join our newsletter team. The email
scheduler will schedule newsletter emails campaigns in Salesforce scheduler.
The successful candidate will have experience scheduling email campaigns in a high-volume
newsletter production environment, scheduling 20-30 email campaigns per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Be part of an email newsletter scheduling team that supports email newsletter production
- Schedule approximately 30 email newsletter campaigns daily
- Work closely with the newsletter production team, including product owners, editors and graphic designers
- Schedule email campaigns 3 days ahead of target blast date
- Perform promotional testing & scheduling bases on target blast dates
- Understand email newsletter templates and how content is populated in the templates
- Verify that all content for newsletter campaigns have been provider prior to scheduling
- Written reports daily on scheduling statuses
- Attend Microsoft Teams meetings to discuss statuses and blockers for scheduling campaigns
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards in all newsletter campaigns
- Monitor and troubleshoot any scheduling issues and report them promptly
- Maintain documentation of scheduling processes and best practices
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any template or automation issues
- Stay updated with industry best practices for email marketing and scheduling tools
- Help and support the marketing and email operation team whenever necessary
- Access to reliable high-speed Internet and uninterrupted Microsoft Teams meetings
- 1+ years working in a newsletter campaign production environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work flexible hours and overlapping hours with the US team when required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
- You will be part of the Email Marketing Team
