We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, and Gurgaon. This position will require being onsite in our Milwaukee, WI office.

About the Role:

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and functionality of all organizational facilities. This includes managing building systems, coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supervising facilities staff and contractors.​
This role is based out of our Milwaukee office and is considered office critical and is expected to be in the office 5 days.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Oversight: Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen maintenance, production studio and other building systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity
  • Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet health and safety standards and maintain records of compliance
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers, ensuring quality work and adherence to contractual terms.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the facilities budget, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality
  • Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans, including fire safety and evacuation procedures, and ensure all staff are trained accordingly
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of managing building operations and maintenance
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to trouble shoot and repair some equipment issues
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards
