About the role

The position of Senior Manager, International Programmatic Partnerships will play an important role in managing & growing TMB’s revenue across key territories outside of the US, Canada and Latin America.   You will maximize programmatic opportunities for our CTV in EMEA and APAC with existing and prospective programmatic demand partners, agencies and platforms. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with external partners but also internal stakeholders, including Programmatic, Yield management, Ad Operations, Marketing, Finance and Product Management.

About you

This role combines business development sensibility with programmatic ad operations ability.  You like meeting, identifying and developing new partners/relationships in the programmatic ad space as well as identifying new FAST platforms.  The ideal candidate is a CTV (FAST and Video Apps) Ad Tech professional with experience working with market leading Programmatic partners and FAST Platforms. We’re looking for an individual that is keen on making a meaningful impact in the space and has the willingness and drive to not only learn from the team but grow within it.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with TMB’s existing external programmatic partners (SSPs, DSPs, aggregators, ad servers, and other platforms) across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC
  • Develop and maintain relations with TMB’s existing Intl FAST Platform partners; identify new Int’l platforms to broaden our distribution footprint
  • Identify new programmatic partners and successfully onboard them into our tech stack
  • Identify agencies that can help us sell in the Intl markets especially where we don’t have representation
  • Communicate directly with clients, internal teams, and platform partners as necessary on programmatic implementation/performance
  • Work with Ad Operations to proactively address any technical issues and implement solutions and fixes as needed
  • Proactively monitor international performance and report back to internal stakeholders regarding performance and areas for improvement
  • Evangelize TMBs content to programmatic partners, including but not limited to presenting to their Demand/Ad Sales teams
  • Identify PMP opportunities with DSPs and/or agency/brands direct, and implement these in our PMP platform of choice
  • Represent the voice of our clients to help shape product enhancements internally and become an expert on our International programmatic offering
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 6+ years of Programmatic experience from either a Publisher or Tier 1 SSP
  • Previous Ad Operations experience is preferred
  • Experience with CTV Ad Servers like SpringServe, Publica, Freewheel
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising technology (oRTB, ad networks, media, ad serving, SSAI) and familiarity the CTV and Streaming TV ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of advertising campaign management, including strategies, tactics, execution, and reporting
  • Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Proven track record of client customer success, stakeholder management and ability to drive incremental revenue through operational efficiencies
  • Strong quantitative aptitude with the ability to analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized solutions. Experience with STAQ, DV or similar platform preferred
  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal and client-facing audiences
  • Well-developed Microsoft Office product suite skills and advanced Excel and analytical skills required
