We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, and Gurgaon. This position is based in Gurgaon. Candidates can work in our office and can work remotely from home.

About the Role:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads. This role involves engaging with large volumes of potential clients by using technology solutions, effectively communicating the value of our products/services to drive sales growth.

About you:

You are a self-starter, with experience in video content or creative industries who loves a challenge. 

Day to day Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through various outreach methods, including emails, calls, and social media
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges and needs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
  • Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records and follow-ups
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and qualification
You have: (aka Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
